I approach every project with a can-do attitude, believing positivity can transform collaboration into a joyful experience.

Why x industry?

For me, the golden thread has always been my desire to solve problems and work with people. However, over my 11 years in physical education and customer service, although I delivered something for a missing need, there was never data to back up my work decisions.

professional and life philosophy

I have been an avid advocate for continuous learning, especially since I was no longer in school. My career has developed since I learned this idea and began applying it. I use continuous learning in my work life by taking online and presential courses, reading articles and books, talking and asking colleagues, and sharing experiences.

I believe that genuine collaboration creates a fun and productive environment, leading to innovative solutions

Frequently asked questions

My design process typically involves four key phases: research, design, prototype, and test. In the research phase, I gather insights about the user and their needs. In the test phase, I collect feedback from users to refine the design.

I use a variety of tools and software depending on the project and the needs of the business. Some of the most common tools I use include Figma, Sketch, Miro, Slack, and user testing platforms like Userberry.com

I measure the success of my UX designs through user feedback, analytics, and business goals. I track metrics like successful task rate, heat mapping,  A/B testing, and user satisfaction to determine how well the design is performing. I also conduct user testing and collect feedback to understand how users are interacting with the design and identify areas for improvement. Ultimately, the success of UX design should be tied to the goals of the project and the neeeds of the users.
